I work for a marketing agency in downtown Cleveland as a web programmer. I am remodeling my first and maybe last rental property in Cleveland Heights. I was impressed by your blog and videos. I usually figure things i find on the internet are a world away. I went to your about us and found out where you are, my own area, my girlfriend's sister just built her new house in Ohio City.
