Today we find out how much of a “bargain” our bargain of a house really is. Here’s hoping there are no real huge (or expensive) surprises and we can finalize the mortgage and get on with this crazy adventure.
This is the first post of my attempt to document our experience a) buying our first home; b) renovating said home; c) using words and pictures as catharsis for what will be a long, exciting and stressful process. My goal will be at least bi-weekly updates to provide a memory log for me and to share with friends and family the before and after photos and stories.
